Your quarterly payment for your coverage is due this month. If you haven’t paid, don’t wait. Go to Pay Your Premium and enter your Social Security number or health care ID (HCID), date of birth and email. You can enter a credit or debit card number to make a one-time payment. You do not need the payment coupon to make a payment. Missing a payment results in the loss of your coverage until the next quarterly benefit period. If you are terminated from coverage due to lack of payment, you will not be entitled to COBRA coverage or conversion options.
