Pay your premium

You can pay your premiums using any of the following methods:

  1. Automatic Payments (Recommended) 

    •  Log in to your Benefits Manager

    • Go to "Payment Methods" from the main menu or the dropdown under your name in the top-right corner.

    •  Select your preferred account (bank or credit/debit card) to enroll.

  2. One-time Online Payment

  3. Pay by Phone

    • Call (800) 777-4013 to make a payment using a credit or debit card. 

  4. Pay by Mail

    • Mail checks payable to SAG-AFTRA Health Plan, P.O. Box 30110, Los Angeles, CA 90030-0110.
