There is a Pension Summary that is mailed out annually that will give you a general idea on your possible monthly benefit as well as the Pension Credits you have obtain. You can log in to view your most recent Pension Summary. 

The monthly amount on your Pension Summary may not reflect your actual estimate as the benefit will be adjusted depending on your pension selection, age of spouse, age of beneficiary and age of retirement.
