Enrolling Dependents Overview
When you participate in the SAG-AFTRA Health Plan Senior Performers HRA Plan (the HRA Plan), your eligible Dependents may also qualify for coverage under the SAG-AFTRA Health Plan. Dependent coverage is separate from your HRA and is subject to the Plan’s eligibility requirements and monthly premiums.
