SAG-AFTRA Television Production Types

There are various television production types that are covered by the SAG-AFTRA collective bargaining agreements. The SAG-AFTRA Health Plan breaks down television earnings reports into three categories:

• Television – These are productions that are covered under the SAG-AFTRA Television Agreement. This includes projects made under the New Media Sideletter to the television agreement. 
• Network Code – These are productions that are covered under the SAG-AFTRA National Code of Fair Practice for Network Television Broadcasting Agreement.
• Animation - These are productions that are covered under the SAG-AFTRA Television Animation Agreement. This includes projects made under the New Media Sideletter to the television animation agreement.
• Other - These are all other SAG-AFTRA television productions that are not covered by the SAG-AFTRA Television Agreement or the SAG-AFTRA National Code of Fair Practice for Network Television Broadcasting Agreement.
