How to update your Pension beneficiary

Life moves fast. So it’s important to keep your beneficiary information up to date to ensure your Pension benefits are always directed exactly where you want them.

Overview

• You can choose anyone to be your beneficiary.
• You can update your designations at any time before you begin receiving your benefit payments.
• Keeping these records current ensures a smooth process for your loved ones later on.

How to Submit Your Changes

Once you’ve filled out your beneficiary form, you can get it back to us in one of three ways:

• Email: Scan and send a signed copy to [email protected] or,
• Benefits Manager: Log in and attach the form via our secure “Message Center” or,
• Mail: Send the hard copy to:
