Age
Any age and married for one year prior to date of death. Lifetime monthly benefit is payable only to your surviving spouse beginning no earlier than the date of your earliest retirement date.
Service and other
Met service requirement for regular, early, vested or limited five-year vested pension
Basic benefit (subject to additional benefits)
100% of the amount you would have received had you ended employment on your date of death, survived to your earliest retirement date and retired under the 50% Joint and Survivor Pension
Options
Surviving spouse delays commencement to no later than participant's normal retirement age. Pre-retirement death benefit elected in lieu of this benefit.
