A Heal house call includes a licensed medical doctor and phlebotomist to take vitals, run tests and draw labs - all from the comfort of your own home. As a Plan participant, you pay the same $25* copay as you would for an office visit to use Heal.

Doctors are available from 8am-8pm, including weekends and holidays.

To schedule a house call, follow these easy steps:
1) Register by downloading the free Heal app on your tablet or smartphone, or online at heal.com.
2) Upload your patient information (including your health plan information).
3) Book a house call when it’s convenient for you.
